Universal Guedal Airways - Disposable
The Universal Disposable Guedel airway is a single-use one-piece oropharyngeal airway.
An airway adjunct that prevents the tongue from obstructing the airway, whilst an integrated bite block protects from occlusion.
The disposable guedel airways are to maintain a patent oropharyngeal airway for patients under general anaesthetic during administration of the anaesthetic, or during recovery.
The guedel airways are designed to incorporate a colour-coded bite block for ease of selection of colour-coded catheters.
The smooth finish of the airway reduces the risk of damage to oropharyngeal tissues and a bite block reinforcement prevents occlusion of the airway in the event of involuntary biting.
Latex and phthalate-free.
Supplied sterile in individual single wrapped pouches.
Colour Coded Integrated Bite Block prevents the patient from occluding the airway by biting down.
