About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and help shape the continued growth of our brand across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced healthcare business focused on delivering meaningful solutions that improve customers’ daily lives.

As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across both retail and trade channels. Working closely with Sales, IT, Purchasing, and Ecommerce teams, you will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Awareness

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and grow the Homecare Medical brand across Ireland.

• Ensure consistent messaging across retail, digital, clinical, and trade channels.

• Position the company as a trusted provider within the healthcare and medical aids sector.

B2C Retail Marketing

• Drive revenue growth across ecommerce and physical retail stores.

• Create campaigns that increase store footfall, local awareness, and conversion.

• Optimise the customer journey across both online and in-store experiences.

B2B & Trade Marketing

• Support marketing activities across established healthcare and trade customer channels.

• Develop initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.

• Work collaboratively with sales and contract teams to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.

Digital & Ecommerce

• Oversee ecommerce performance, including traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.

• Guide digital strategy across SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.

• Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Executive to optimise campaign performance.

Strategic Marketing & Industry Insight

• Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor activity.

• Identify growth opportunities across mobility aids, continence care, and high-value medical equipment categories.

• Support product launches and category expansion initiatives.

Print, Retail & Campaign Production

• Manage the production of brochures, catalogues, and in-store promotional materials.

• Ensure alignment between retail, print, and digital campaigns.

• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities within stores.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.

• Set clear KPIs aligned with company revenue and sales objectives.

• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and commercially focused team culture.

Skills & Experience Required

 Experience

• Demonstratable track record in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role, within a similar industry (i.e. healthcare/medical device/pharmacy) would be preferred.

• Experience managing and developing teams - Minimum 2-3 years.

Technical Skills

• Shopify platform experience/proficiency is desirable.

• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across B2C and B2B.

Leadership

• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and maximising

ROI.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related field is strongly preferred.
