Can I change my access level later?

Yes. Your Trade Portal access can be reviewed as your organisation's purchasing needs change. Existing customers can contact their Account Manager to discuss upgrading their access.

Will I still have an Account Manager?

Yes. The Trade Portal complements your existing relationship with Homecare Medical. You will continue to have access to your Account Manager for support and product advice.

Will I see my agreed pricing online?

Yes. Approved trade customers will see their agreed pricing when logged into the Trade Portal.
