We're making a small change to the way you sign in from June 22nd. The new login process is designed to be both easier to use and more secure, helping to keep your account protected.

How it will work from June 22nd

Enter your email address on the Login page.

Find an email with the 6-digit code in your inbox.

At the same Login page, enter the 6-digit code.

What's changing?


If you currently log in using your email address and password, you will soon sign in using your email address only.

After entering your email address, you'll receive a unique 6-digit verification code by email. This code will replace the need for a password.

Do I need to do anything?


No action is required on your part. The change will be implemented during the week commencing 22 June, and you can continue accessing your account as normal once the update goes live.

Is my account still secure?


Absolutely. This update is designed to enhance account security and provide a safer, simpler login experience. Your account information remains protected, and there is no need to create or remember a password.

What if I don't receive my code straight away?


Please check your spam or junk folder first, as verification emails can occasionally be filtered there. If you still haven't received your code after a few minutes, our friendly team will be happy to help you get back into your account.

Do I need to create a new account?


No. Your existing account will remain exactly the same. All of your account details, saved information, and order history will still be available as normal. The only change is the way you log in.

No passwords to remember. No action required.
