Never again

Don’t buy anything on line as it took over a week for the delivery and unfortunately by then my mother had passed away didn’t need item in the end and told me that if I posted the item back they would refund me by the time I paid for the package return it will not be worth the cost so I will donate to the local health care nurse stay well away terrible service and customer care

Order didn't ship

Despite my being charged for it on the 18th, order had not shipped by 25th. I called and was told the order had 'disappeared' - in other words it wasn't processed even though I had been charged. Why is there no review of orders to make sure they are shipped?
