Easy to manage

Subscriptions are automatically renewed and the products will be automatically delivered by us after each successful renewal.

  • For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself! In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the items, price and discount for your upcoming delivery.
  • Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting your account and managing your subscriptions!

Subscribe and Save is available on the following care essentials - incontinence, wipes, and gloves.

Select "Subscribe and Save”.

Select the quantity that works for you.

You will receive a confirmation email informing you that you have just started a subscription. In the confirmation email is also a magic link with which you can access your customer portal.

Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting the customer portal. The customer portal can be reached via the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order with us.

The service is entirely free to use. Our product prices may go up or down, however, by creating an auto re-order you will always benefit from your additional 10% discount.

When you activate your subscription, you will receive a 10% discount on all subsequent re-orders. The 10% discount applies to products only and cannot be combined with any additional offer.

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.

You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account on the Homecare Medical website.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

  1. Go to My Account > My subscriptions.
  2. Click ‘edit’ on the right-hand side of your subscription.
  3. Under shipping information, please click ‘edit address’.
  4. Then click ‘Update’ to save your new address.
  5. This change will be applied to your next order.

  4. This will be applied to your next re-order.

If there are no specific delivery instructions, the courier will leave a card at your home with their contact details. You can then contact the courier and either re-arrange the delivery or collect the order yourself from the depot.
