Air Instant Stick Sachets (Pack of 100)
Juices, liquid extracts or any beverage can be converted into a fine-pored, light foam, for basal stimulation to help those with Dysphagia.
It uses a mixture of natural ingredients to create aromatic foams. The foam can be simply scooped off the top with a spoon and served immediately or used as a topping for other dishes. Simply follow the description and plug together pump, tube and disposable pipette, place the pipette in the glass containing the liquid to be frothed and off you go.
- Purely vegetable-based, therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans too.
- Free from gluten and lactose.
Ingredients
- Maltodextrin.
- Emulsifier.
- Soy Lecithin.
Instructions
- Add contents of stick AIR with Flavour sachets to 50ml of liquid (fruit juice, soup, coffee, wine, etc).
- Mix together in a tall glass with a spoon and then foam the liquid with the AIR SET pump to create a foam.
- Spoon the foam out of the glass and serve.

Air Pump: The pump unit is a CE Marked air pump for use with aeration of liquid. This is not a Medical Device and its purpose is to produce an edible foam to improve quality of life for persons who are “nil by mouth” The device is clearly marked with the required +/- signs and instructions are included with the device. Users should make themselves aware of battery type and orientation prior to use to ensure safe operation.
Pipettes and Tubing: We can confirm that both items are manufactured from food grade materials and don’t require sterilisation for the intended use. They are not medical devices and do not have direct contact with the recipient. The pipettes are classed as single use.
Best before date: We can confirm that the best before date and ingredients are displayed on the main outer package and meet EU/UK legislation. In addition we also intend to have this information added to each individual sachet.
