The Omron M3 Comfort AFib is an upper arm digital blood pressure monitor with automatic atrial fibrillation (AFib) detection, designed to support convenient and accurate blood pressure monitoring at home. Its Intelli Wrap Cuff provides 360° accuracy around the upper arm, helping reduce errors caused by incorrect cuff positioning. The monitor also screens for possible AFib during routine blood pressure measurements.

Featuring Omron Intellisense technology, the monitor automatically controls cuff inflation for comfortable measurement. It includes an averaging function, irregular heartbeat detection and a hypertension indicator. With memory for two users, storing up to 60 readings each, plus a guest mode, it makes it easier to track blood pressure readings over time.
