HR Co-Ordinator

Reporting to the HR Manager the role is to Support Homecare in becoming an employer of choice and promote our people culture by establishing a positive start to the employee lifecycle through successful recruitment, onboarding and training and development. Working within the HR team and with departmental managers to support and develop recruitment and onboarding within the organisation. We are looking for someone 2-3 years in a similar role with Experience in recruitment, and onboarding with experience of MS Word & Excel, handling HR data, updating HR systems, and data management. Educated to degree level or equivalent CIPD accreditation at a minimum of level 5 is required. Retail Team Leader Ennis
