Mattress Underlay

The Mattress Underlay is designed to provide essential support and protection when used with dynamic overlay mattress systems. At 2.5" thick, the foam base prevents bottoming out while keeping overall mattress height low, ensuring safety when side rails are in place.

Intended as a supportive underlay rather than a standalone surface, it offers peace of mind for both patients and caregivers. The stitched, two-way stretch, vapour-permeable PU-coated cover adds durability and practicality, while the underlay can also serve as a mattress protector.
